The majestic magnolia is one of my favourite flowers. I fell in love with a giant magnolia tree when I visited Washington DC; its canopy of prettiness went on and on. Magnolias are actually one of the world’s oldest flowering plants, so no surprise they are symbols of nobility and resilience.
This pair of teacups feature hand carved magnolia buds and are a magnificent calm colour for a restful afternoon tea break.
