The client design brief was to simulate a Marri Burl with natural edges all the way round so these edges were synthesized the perimeter of a dual slab top crafted and shaped from two large single slabs.
The Top was set on a magnificent Malleee root base and the table is accompanied with Marri 4 slat Baird chairs.

this piece was hard to accomplish as the grain had to match as it flowed from the top to the legs as did the natural edges to both.
Inset with a river of Azure Blue toughened glass detail intricatey woven into the design.
