Description: Caring for your Box and notes from Anthony the Craftsman. Timber Being an organic material is always expanding and contracting due to changes made in the humidity of its surroundings. To keep movement to a minimum, after building this box, it was dismantled and sprayed with two coats of lacquer, then reassembled and wiped with an oil and wax mixture. Keep your box out of direct sunlight and periodically polish it with a liquid furniture wax (marveer or similar) I hope owning his box gives you as much pleasure as i have had building it. A.H
